Delivery Policy
All items will be dispatched within two working days with Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For delivery. Prices are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.
Refund Policy
You may return all unused and undamaged items purchased at The Official Pride London Merchandise Shop within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and your original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you do wish to return items please contact us first for a Return Authorization Number.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
